GradeOS processes account identifiers, school or class identifiers, assignments, rubrics, submissions, grades, feedback, uploaded images or files, forum posts, AI chat content, logs, and device or browser metadata.
How We Use Data
We use data to provide grading workflows, class analytics, student feedback, account security, support, abuse prevention, and service reliability. AI providers may process submitted classroom content only to deliver GradeOS features.
Retention And Deletion
Account holders can request deletion in GradeOS settings. Classroom records may be retained when required by a school, legal obligation, safety review, or audit requirement.
